FAQs & Return Policies

How long will it take to get my order?

It typically takes 2-4 working days (not including Friday) to receive your order. Our driver will contact you prior to arriving to your location. Please have any cash on delivery amounts ready to avoid delays. 

Please note, you may not inspect the goods at the time of delivery. If you find any problems with the products, please contact us to schedule an exchange.

 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all over the UAE and Saudi Arabia (except remote areas).

Currently, we do not deliver outside these two countries; however, if you have a courier that you would like us to use for deliveries to other countries, please contact us. 

 

Where do you get your products?

Our products are new retail ready items from well-known ecommerce and retail shops in UAE. The items are overstock or undelivered items. Products include consumer electronics, clothing, household products and items for children including toys. 


What is the pricing structure?

As a wholesale buyer, you will pay between 10-30% of the original retail price. There is a minimum purchase of 50 pieces and 500 AED per order. 


Can I inspect the products? 

Yes, you may visit our warehouse in Dubai to inspect the products prior to placing your order. This can be done by appointment only. You may not inspect the products at the time of delivery since the driver is unable to wait more than 5 minutes at each location.

What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of the overstock business and the low low prices; once purchased, we do not accept any returns or refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may opt to exchange an entire batch of products for another batch of similar value within 2 business days. In such cases, there will be a 40 AED shipping fee. Exchanges of single items within a batch is not allowed.   


What if the goods are damaged?

While our products are all brand new, it may happen that certain items within a batch are damaged in-transit or due to poor handling. We have accounted for this in our pricing structure so we will not be able to exchange or refund damaged products. However, you can elect to exchange the entire batch of products for another batch of similar value. 


Where can I sell the products? 

You can sell our products anywhere, there is no restriction. Many of our wholesale buyers are online social media sellers or own small shops in the UAE. In some cases, items are also purchased for export. 

 

Terms and conditions

  • Orders are first come, first served. 
  • Delivery charges are a flat fee of 40 AED in United Arab Emirates, except for remote areas.
  • No returns and no refunds.
  • Full box exchange is possible within 48 hours of receiving items and carries a 40 AED shipping fee
  • To inspect the products in person, please make an appointment. Walk-ins will not be entertained.
